Our Thoughts on PropStream

Overall we would rate PropStream a 8/10 real estate investing tool. We have been using PropStream for our investment process for about 50 days now and they do a lot of things very well for example there off-market deal finder is exceptional although they do lack in some areas like the marketing side but in our opinion it is worth it alone for the deal finder.
